Do you have a third grader who struggles with fluency? Call 925-373-5505 to sign up for a fluency club at Rincon Library to read to a dog, read to others, listen to reading, and work on improving reading fluency. This program is open to 3rd graders only and attendance is weekly on Wednesdays from Feb. 4 - April 1.  Space is limited; priority is given to third grade students with fluency needs.
